Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Simple Count Business mobile application and related services operated by SINCE 95 LTD (the “Application”). SINCE 95 LTD is the Service Provider.
Information the Application obtains
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it, and registration is not required. When an active internet connection is used, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to enable network connectivity, but it is not retained or used for tracking.
Location information
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Opt-out rights
Since personal information is not collected through normal use, uninstalling the Application removes it from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion by contacting arman7hussain3@gmail.com.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If a child voluntarily provides personal information through another channel, a parent or guardian must provide consent where applicable.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the risk of exposure is limited. The Service Provider nevertheless applies reasonable safeguards to systems and any information it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
If a breach occurs involving information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, affected individuals will be notified where required by applicable law.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information from normal app use. Information that you voluntarily send directly to the Service Provider, such as through email, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable agreements. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of information you have voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider by emailing arman7hussain3@gmail.com. Requests will be handled within a reasonable period and subject to any information that must be retained by law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated policy with a new effective date and, where required by law, by seeking consent before the changes take effect. Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
